Yes. One flat $49.99 covers a single event listing whether you sell one ticket or ten thousand. A multi-night series is $49.99 per night/listing.
+Do I need my own merchant account?
For the pure $49.99 flat rate, yes — ticket money settles directly to your own payment gateway (Stripe, Square, Authorize.Net and more). Don't have one yet? Choose Flat Fee + 5% and we'll process payments for you, then switch to the flat rate whenever you connect your own account.
+When am I charged?
Only when you publish an event. Signing up and building an event is completely free.
+Is it really self-service? What if I get stuck?
You build the event, publish it, and run the door yourself — and everything is documented step by step in our Help Center, from seating maps to scanning tickets on show night. If you still need a hand, registered organizers can open a support ticket and get a reply by email. Show-day issues can be flagged as urgent.
